Timetable

The shuttle departs from St. Mary's Church, Church Green, Witney and stops at The George and Dragon in Long Hanborough, The White House in Bladon and The Turnpike in Yarnton and North Oxford on the way to Heathrow and Gatwick airport. An unlimited amount of luggage is permitted on the shuttle.

Bookings must to be made 48hrs in advance and we can take a maximum of 7 people per minibus.
We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards - except AMEX - for a small fee.

For your return we suggest allowing 1 1/2 hrs after your ETA for collection of bags etc when booking the shuttle. If your flight is delayed or cancelled on your return we will do our best to rebook you but cannot guarantee you a place on the next service. However, we do take your return flight details and request a contact mobile number should you not be at the collection point for some reason. Read our airport pickup instructions here

We ask you kindly not to eat hot food or drink alcohol in the minibus.

We cannot accept responsibility if you arrive later than expected due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. traffic or severe weather conditions. We therefore advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance. We will not be operating any services on Easter Sunday, 24th to 26th December 2012 or 31st December 2012 to 2nd January 2013 inclusive.
