Please take the time to read our full ‘conditions of carriage’ which describe your legal rights and obligations and form the basis of our legal contract with you. In particular we draw your attention to the following points:

• You must book and pay at least 48 hours in advance of travel.
  
  
• For the convenience of all our passengers, if you're late for any reason on returning to the UK, we cannot necessarily wait. We therefore suggest that you allow at least 1 ½ hours from when you are due to land to booking the shuttle.
  
  
• Our drivers are unable to drop you anywhere other than at our designated stops. If you think you will probably want to be dropped at your home address when you return to the UK, e.g. after a long-haul flight, you must pre-book and pay a small extra fee for our home collection/return service.

Our minibuses move the virtues of space and flexibility into a new dimension; few vehicles are able to challenge their high levels of comfort and safety in such a variety of situations. Even when carrying eight passengers, there’s plenty of space for everyone’s luggage in the rear of the vehicles.

As with any journey, safety is of paramount importance, so every one of our vehicles is packed with safety features, including an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), a Traction Control System (TCS) and of course, airbags that work to minimise injury in the event of an accident.
