Witney Shuttle Airport Transfers

The Witney Shuttle provides shared minibus transport from West Oxfordshire going to all terminals at Heathrow and Gatwick, nine times a day.

Our fares include home collections from the following places:

Important - Bookings

Please note that all bookings need to be made and paid for, in full, at least 3 days in advance of travel on a week day and at least 4 days in advance of travel at weekends. For example if you wish to travel on a Monday, your booking must be requested by the previous Thursday. Seats are subject to availability.

Shuttle and Chauffeur Service

If you don't fancy waiting for the timetabled shuttle after a long-haul flight, why not try our new "Shuttle and Chauffeur Service". You can travel outbound on the shared Witney Shuttle service and then return in a luxury private car. Our private hire chauffeuring service on return is our premium "meet-and-greet" service.

The driver will monitor your flight, park the car when you have landed, meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board and assist with your luggage. We also provide a daily newspaper and bottled water. You will then be driven in comfort and style to your chosen destination. Please ask us for details.

Holidays - Days Without Transfers

We will not be operating any services over Christmas 2013; we will be closed from Saturday 21st December 2013 to Sunday 5th January 2014 inclusive. No services will operate over Easter 2014; we will be closed from Friday 18th April to Monday 21st April 2014 inclusive. There will also be no services operating on any bank holidays in 2013 and 2014.
